It’s been quite a while since I’ve last updated :3 

Updates!

I’m entering a team competition with a bunch of classmates! It’s a student competition where there’s a set menu on the first day of 1 appetizer, 1 main entree, and 1 dessert(I’m guessing). The winners then get to choose one student and then go into a black box competition with the other finalist. It’s INTENSE. How intense? I’ve got to spend a lovely 15 hours at school everyday except Sunday(Thank God!) to practice, after class that is. Even on Remembrance Day ._. Well at least I can watch the memorial service since my school is right in front of Victory Square. (Haha…) I hope I can do well. Wish me luck ; – ; This is my first serious cooking competition. And truth to be told, I’m kind of scared shitless. You can always tell when I write a huge paragraph. So yea. WISH ME LUCK ; A ;

Class has been interesting. Chef Hutton is awesome. LOL He actually notices who’s working and who’s not. So I always feel bubbly when he starts lecturing really loudly to those who just stand around eating and doing nothing productive. Mean of me? Kind of. Fair? Very. <3

Some pretty interesting things happened today in class, besides the fact that I was chosen to sign my soul to Chef Krentz who is in charge of the competition.
